šŸ˜‚šŸ˜… I understand the problem but I donā€™t know how to fix it. My therapist sounded just like Bob Ross and all I could think was ā€œThere are no mistakes. Just happy accidents.ā€ So when I feel like I mess things up I tell myself ā€œjust add some happy little trees.ā€ Lol
